Last night I didn't get to post because of too much going on so here are pictures of the supermoon from the night before! It wasn't as great as I expected it to be but oh well. I was pretty excited that I got better pictures in manual mode than I was in the auto one:) I am still working with manual sometimes and don't have everything completely down...I actually have never tried pictures at night with it!
After the supermoon I stayed up another couple of hours and started making Bentley's birthday party invitations. I am completely crazy for wanting to use the Cricut for them but I hope they turn out cute! I got lucky because my sister had the Sesame Street cartidge so I just have to deal with cutting out all of the pieces, gluing them on, and drawing in what's left.
The photo of the day theme yesterday was "you" and I didn't take a picture. I was not in any mood to take a picture of myself and couldn't find a paper bag for the picture I wanted to take...
So I didn't explain everything in previous posts because I didn't know if my husband wanted everyone knowing but now that we have answers I will tell why it has been such a stressful weekend. After his accident at work last week he had the CT scan done which showed no damage from the accident but it did show a spot on his brain and they had no clue what it was. He was scheduled for an MRI on Friday and wasn't allowed to go back to work until the results were back and he was cleared by a doctor. Well, of course the results weren't back on Friday afternoon when he called so we had to wait until today to find out what was going on. Thankfully the spot was just a space that is nothing at all to worry about. The doctor did tell us to watch how he feels though because there was no bleeding in the brain yet but it could start any time within the next six months. For some reason this makes me more nervous than the spot did because it could be so hard to notice. We will just hope for the best again though! He is off for the rest of the week because of the concussion so he has been playing Paper Mario quite a bit:)
Today's theme for the photo challenge was "someone who inspires you" and this one was easy. I couldn't get a picture of all three boys together so I have separate pictures of each one. They truly do inspire me to be a better person in many ways.
I would stay up and post a little more but I really need to upload some pictures to be printed since I forgot last week and they're on sale again this week. I really need to catch up the boys' scrapbooks too since their piles of pictures are starting to add up quite a bit. It's tough finding time to do anything anymore!
